KLP Logistics Centre<\/span><\/a> is located at the premium location in Simanovci, just along highway E-70 and shall comprise of 50,000m2 of the state-of-the-art warehouse for logistics\u2019 requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Obilazak<\/p>\n

Phase 1 consisting of \u00a020,000m2 will be completed in July 2019 and it shall be fully available to future, leaseholder, while during the same year, the construction of the KLP 2 facility shall begin, which has already been rented on a long-term contract to one of the leading logistics companies in the world.<\/span><\/p>\n

Furthermore, plans are under way for the construction of the third facility, KLP 3, whose purpose will be multifunctional cold storage units and ADR, likewise for rental purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

The opening ceremony of the construction site and laying of the foundation stone was attended by representatives of the logistics\u2019 team, KLP company management, engineering team of contractor, management of the Municipality of Pecinci with the President of the Municipality, as well as numerous media sources and the associates of KLP investors.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Kosta<\/p>\n

The foundation stone was laid by Mr. Kosta Ginic, the Director of the KLP company and Mr. Zeljko Trbovic, the President of the Municipality \u00a0of Pecinci.<\/span><\/p>\n

The President of the Municipality of Pecinci emphasizes the delight of opening another construction site of the upmost state-of-the-art standards, stating that at the moment, several tens of thousands of square meters are in the process of construction in the Municipality of Pecinci, as well as new investments and new jobs, as a consequence \u00a0the Municipality of Pecinci is one of the most successful Municipalities in Vojvodina.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Kosta Ginic, the Director of KLP, has stated that they have not followed the footsteps of the path that construction has taken place in the last few years, that is, that the facility being finished before the project. They have set aside a lot of time and capital in order to produce a quality project assignment from which a high-quality project came into being, and have only then they have started the development. The facility is being built according to the highest quality standards of FM Global and LEED standards. Alongside the site where it is located, the facility falls within the scope of CLASS “A” facilities for modern industrial buildings. Everything has been done with the aim to provide the future leaseholders, and meet all their requirements and desires, for the prosperity of their business.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"PR<\/p>\n

The PR of the KLP company further emphasizes: “Our goal is to raise the standards of logistics centres to a higher level, as for our own needs when using the facility, nonetheless, as well as for the requirements of future tenants from the logistics domain, for which such a facility will be indeed useful, likewise we highly value \u00a0business operations of the Municipality of Pecinci since, as we turn in this industrial zone and we notice an empty field, at our next turn, at that exact empty field, an outstanding commercial facility has arisen, hence I am positive that the KLP facility, along with all the standards it possesses, besides the logistics\u2019 team, it shall be of superior importance to the Municipality of Pecinci “.<\/span><\/p>\n
